Here, clients will find their personal account called “My Account” which includes nutritional assessments, necessary trackers, diet charts, the BN E - KIT, and many other features to support their program.

Your program commences by providing details about your health, food habits, medical conditions, and lifestyle. This information will be evaluated by your nutritionist and quality control head to tailor personalized diets for you.

Your program focuses mainly on the following aspects:

Balance Nutrition not only targets weight loss but also emphasizes overall lifestyle modification.

THE DIET CHARTS: A new diet plan will be sent every 10 days to maximize results. Following these diet plans diligently is crucial as 70% of results are derived from the planned diets and 30% from the E-Kit.

Your "BN - E-Kit": This tool is designed to guide you in moments when you need to deviate from the diet plan. It aids in maintaining weight and educates you on smarter eating habits:

• Eat in Portion Guide: Teaches portion control and accurate portion sizes.
• Daily Essentials’ Guide: Provides measurements of daily essentials in the correct amounts.
• Restaurant Guide: Recommends optimal food choices from various cuisines at restaurants.
• Alcohol Guide: Suggests drinks and accompaniments along with quantities to consume.
• Mini Mentor FAQs: Addresses common queries.

PROGRESS TRACKERS: Simple weight, inch loss, and photo trackers facilitate monitoring progress over time.

Key points to note:

1. The diet plans are updated each session throughout the program. A new chart will be sent within 24 working hours. Clients are requested to update weight monitors every 10 days along with feedback via email or online. Each session lasts for 10 days, during which queries can be asked via chat between Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm.
2. To aid in designing accurate diet plans, we request photos from clients for sensory evaluation to visually assess fat deposits or losses. Photos are essential for monitoring progress effectively beyond just weight metrics. Visual evaluation plays a critical role in our program as it helps achieve better results through portion control.
3. Communication is encouraged via the “Ask Your Query” section on the platform while discouraging WhatsApp and calls.

Please be informed that our operational hours are from 10 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time, with Sundays being our weekly off day. For inquiries during non-operational hours, visitors can refer to the BN FAQs provided on the platform.
